Registration of the participants: May 15, 2019, 9:30 a.m.

Opening Ceremony and Plenary Session: May 15, 2019, 10:00 a.m.

Sessions of  Conference: May, 15-16, 2019.

Day of the departure: May, 17, 2019.

Official languages of the conference are Russian and English

Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings by the beginning of the conference.

Submission and registration.

Papers and application forms should be sent.

Multiple submissions are allowed.

Abstract submission deadline: March 20, 2019.

Notification of paper acceptance: April 1, 2019.

Accommodation.

Тhe conference participants will be housed at the HSE Dormitories. The estimated rate of accommodation is about 300-350 rubles per day.

There is no conference fee. The participants are expected to take care of their travel, accommodation and meals.

Requirements for Papers: The volume is 1 or 2 full pages, A5 format (Word - 97-2003), font is Times New Roman, 10.
